DO NOT USE While the repair they made to my truck 2 weeks ago (2014 RAM 2500) was good the reassembly process was sloppy and terrible. The bed was removed from the truck but wasn’t reassembled correctly on return. The gas nozzle wasn’t reattached and at one point fell out of the side of the bed. Wiring harnesses were left hanging out and sagging. Seals were ripped off and no tape was reapplied to the seal causing it to fall off the truck at highway speed. Tool box was not bolted back in, and fifth wheel rails were not fully reconnected (bolts were installed crooked and then left). Wheel well liners had random screws placed and most were too small and falling out (I discovered this when I went to reinstall the fender flares). The rear seat cargo tray was broken, and then they gave up reinstalling it and left the bolts in my back seat. I took the truck back when I found the gas nozzle couldnt be found and they said ‘we’ll double check everything’ which didn’t happen. I’ve actually spent more money fixing their mistakes after I got it back than what I did on my deductible. I continue to find things. I’ve waited patiently for an appointment to see the painter. Not only did you make me call into work late playing with my money to bring you service. To see no painter! Not living nowhere in the area and with gases being gas prices being at an all-time high you guys need some better organization because playing with people’s time and money is not a joke! I don’t get how you sent me annoying repeated text message reminders all week instead of picking up the phone and calling me and reschedule the appointment!

Ally Catudal is the best and Crash Champions does the best body work especially on Rivians. Kept me informed, coordinated with Insurance company, was thorough, detailed and genuinely cared about ensuring the work was done properly and that I was satisfied.

Steve Pettit and his crew at ECR definitely know what they’re doing with Tesla’s. My Model 3 had damage to the passenger side front quarter panel courtesy of a yellow concrete post and the work that ECR did was flawless. I also had a body kit installed and they did an awesome job with that as well. They will continue to get my business for sure!
